An especially big well done, goes to the boys from Longcause who all put in an outstanding performance on the day. Aaron B held his own against the fastest in the country covering 2000m in 8:34.6, James H pulled 1141m in the Mens Junior 15 race (5mins) and Dan R and James N managed 702m and 783m respectivley in the Mens Junior 13 category (3mins). Seven hundred and eighty three metres was good enough to give James N 11th place in his category. An achievement anyone should be happy with at a national competition!!
