This November, special needs students in Plymouth were invited to come along and compete at the first Plymouth Special Schools Indoor Rowing Competition on the 24th Novemeber. On the day of the competition, students came from Woodlands Special School, Mill Ford School and the Plymouth Hospital & Outreach School to compete. The format of the days racing was 2 minute races topped off with seeded finals. The competition saw some close racing fuelled by the effort and determination of the rowers, so close in fact that one final resulted in a tie for 1st place!
