Saturday 26th March 2011 sees the annual spectacle of the Oxford / Cambridge Boat Race taking place in London. It is a head to head race between Oxford University and Cambridge University crews that has been going on for over 150 years. The crews will race in olympic class boats called eights down the River Thames, between Putney Bridge and Chiswick bridge. A distance of 4miles 374yards. Cambridge University won the race in 2010 but can they do it again this year?
