British Rowing in partnership with Active Universtities and Active for Life (Plymouth Guild) ran an adaptive Learn 2 Row course this September. This was made possible by the arrival of new boats through the Explore Rowing project. The course moved quickly from learning good technique in they gym on indoor rowing machines to sessions on the water at the Mount Batten Centre. Fortunately we have been blessed with good weather and tides for most of the sessions and everyone has progressed well.
The official lauch of the Explore Rowing boats is to be held in early October. Watch this space for more info!
