For those members of school staff, whether you're a TA, teacher or physio there is a full day indoor rowing training course being held on 23rd January 2012 in Plymouth. It will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to run a safe and successful session for your pupils on the indoor rowing machines. We will also be discussing how to adapt your sessions and the equipment to allow a range of disabilities to get the most out of indoor rowing.
