New Year, New Challenge

Christmas might now seem like a distant memory but for many people their new years resolution will be to get fit and burn off all those extra calories they consumed over Christmas. A typical christmas dinner contains approximately 1000 calories and thats without counting the mince pies and christmas pud. The newest DARYL challenge is to burn off those christmas dinner calories (some items may need to be done in stages) and if the dinner calories are too easy to burn off then there are also the naughty extras like mince pies and cakes to have a go at. Click here to go to the DARYL challenge page for more information or have a look at the record sheet below.
